Nick Pedrick
Nick is an experienced real estate investor, working in the field for a decade now. He started as a real estate agent representing buyers and sellers in Baltimore Maryland and Upstate New York.
When he was not showing houses, he was purchasing properties as investments across the country until success allowed him to put his License aside and start investing in real estate full time!
He currently works as the Sales Manager for our team and heads up our Acquisitions department. Nick is also a father of 2 amazing little girls, a loving husband, and obsessed with good coffee!

Garrett Groener
Garrett Groener is a versatile professional with a background in both the military and science. As a former army infantryman, he developed leadership and discipline, which he carried into his work in biology, leading a lab team and honing his communication skills.
He found his love for real estate by acquiring a few rentals. Now, as an acquisition manager in real estate, he builds strong relationships with agents and sellers, solving complex transactions with a strategic, people-focused approach.
When he’s not immersed in real estate, Garrett enjoys hiking, snowboarding, and exploring Colorado’s great outdoors.

Michael Ferruzzi
Our COO, Mike pursued learning Carpentry at a Vocational High School. He has built over 20 homes, as well as participating in the renovation of 100+ others over his career as a Carpenter.
Currently also employed Full Time as a FireFighter/EMT for the Baltimore City Fire Department with almost 17 years on the job. The flexibility of shift work schedule allows a lot of time to focus on real estate.
Over the years, Mike has acquired his own rentals, as well as growing a portfolio of rentals with partners. His experience varies from wholesaling, to managing rentals, to working on construction projects as well as managing fix and flips.
